4 GB and 6 GB GDDR7 chips could finally break the VRAM bottleneck on narrow-bus GPUs
A Weibo leaker says 4 GB and 6 GB GDDR7 chips are reportedly planned for 2027–2028. This will allow future graphics cards to pack substantially more VRAM without wider memory buses.
