Heroes' Vow: Three Kingdoms, a turn-based strategy RPG developed by Free Wing, has reached its 1.0 release on Steam, netting over 8,000 Very Positive (88%) reviews and reaching a concurrent player count of over 3,600 within its first day on Steam
