A mysterious semi-custom AMD APU codenamed Gainsborough may be intended for Valve’s next-generation Steam Deck, according to Moore’s Law Is Dead. The chip is reportedly built on TSMC’s N3P process and will feature a mix of Zen 6 and RDNA 5 IP.
