Bigme has opened preorders for the HiBreak Dual 3, its 85 FPS E-Ink phone with a magnetic 5-inch LCD on the back. Prices start at $569 without the LCD, and the Dimensity 8300 device ships by mid-November with Android 16 and a 4,450 mAh battery.
